To all employees, Starting next week, there will be some changes in how information is shared within the company. Reports that were previously handled separately by each department will now be submitted through the company portal site. The purpose is to prevent duplicated information and missed communication. Because multiple departments managed the same information separately, it was sometimes difficult to identify the latest updates. Under the new system, each department should enter information once a week using a designated format. The submitted content will be visible to all employees.
