Paragraph Meaning (Complete English Translation)
In recent years, the way people think about failure has gradually changed. In the past, failure was often considered something that should be avoided as much as possible. However, recently, the importance of learning through failure has become widely recognized. Especially when trying new things, failure is to some extent unavoidable. Very few people can do things perfectly from the beginning, and it is normal to grow little by little through trial and error. On the other hand, some people avoid taking action out of fear of failure. In such cases, failures may decrease, but opportunities for new experiences and learning are also lost. Recently, in schools and workplaces, a way of thinking has spread that emphasizes what was learned from failure rather than blaming it. Such environments form a foundation where people can challenge themselves with confidence. What is important is not to see failure as the opposite of success, but to accept it as part of growth. Such an attitude can lead to the long-term development of individuals and society as a whole.
